About HyperActiv Singapore
At HyperActiv Singapore, we’re dedicated to helping you harness the transformative power of cold exposure and breathwork. As Singapore’s premier destination for Ice Baths, we specialize in the Wim Hof Method, combining guided breathing techniques and cold immersion to elevate both physical and mental resilience.
What sets us apart? Unlike other spaces that may feel chaotic or encourage sudden plunges—often overwhelming or even unsafe—we put a strong focus on preparation before the ice bath. Through empathic listening and step-by-step protocols, we gently prepare your body to manage stress effectively. By the time you enter the ice, your mind fully understands the science behind the process, leaving you confident, calm, and ready.
Our sessions are designed to create a supportive, peaceful environment where your nervous system can settle, and your body can embrace the benefits of cold exposure. With science-backed techniques, we help you understand your body’s reactions and connect them to your mental and emotional well-being. Using breath-hold benchmarks, we also track your progress and build your stress tolerance over time.
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned practitioner, our mission is to guide you towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and balance. Each session leaves you physically refreshed and mentally settled, with tools you can carry into your daily life.

From Kindergarten Heartbreak to Breathwork Guide: A Journey of Self-Discovery
The seeds of who I am today were sown early, in the fertile ground of childhood experiences. A simple kindergarten heartbreak, a classmate getting kissed by another boy, triggered a deep yearning within me – a need to improve myself. This became a lifelong theme, a relentless pursuit of self-upgradation.
Another defining thread emerged from sacrifice. My mother's late pickups from kindergarten, a result of her relentless work ethic, instilled a profound respect for those who go the extra mile. This value of sacrifice continues to fuel my own drive. Childhood wasn't always sunshine and rainbows. A traumatic incident in primary school, where I was wrongly accused of theft, left a gaping hole. The acute loss of community, the finger-pointing, carved a deep yearning for belonging, for a space where I would never feel so
isolated again.
This desire for connection pushed me towards uniqueness. Creating an unregulated online forum in school, while risky, sparked laughter and camaraderie. It was a rebellion against the ordinary, a yearning to carve my own path. This spirit of exploration led me to seek out unconventional experiences – from scuba diving with the Navy at 15 to jumping off planes with paratroopers at 18. In university, I led a wakeboard club and association, reveling in the joy of forging new communities.
Self-Care Journey
My own journey with pain, both physical and emotional, became the genesis of my offering. Crippling inflammation, burnout from overwhelming workload, the relationship struggles – these experiences became my teachers. Through them, I discovered the importance of self-care – nourishing the body, prioritizing rest, and cultivating an unshakeable inner strength. This strength allowed me the honesty to face challenges with a calm and peaceful demeanor.
Transformation
The transformation within me was undeniable. I began to see a world filled with individuals struggling with similar issues. There was so much avoidable pain, anxiety, and anger. My offering, therefore, is a chance to share the tools that helped me – the ability to listen to your body, fuel it with the right energy, and cultivate a mindset of unwavering resilience.
The world has taken notice. Despite classes with little to no participants from taking on this unconventional career choice, I've earned recognition from media outlets and corporations.
People identify me as the "breathwork guy" or the "ice guy," a pioneer in the local wellness space. Every day brings a renewed sense of purpose, a feeling that I'm just getting started on this journey of helping others achieve inner peace. My story is a testament to the power of self-exploration. It's about learning from both sunshine and storms, embracing the desire to be unique, and using it to build bridges rather than walls.
It's about fostering community, a space where no finger is pointed, only a hand offered in support. Ultimately, it's about harnessing the strength within ourselves to build a world of greater peace and joy.
Moving forward, I will not only focus on recovery and self care, but start sharing tools on how to properly program the busy workload of the day in order to increase efficiency and productivity, freeing up more time for recovery and even enjoy life with family and friends, something that busy professionals tend to sacrifice the moment obligations increase.
