Your Facilitators
Chun
Chun is a breathwork and cold immersion instructor teaching the Wim Hof Method since 2019. After experiencing inflammation from multiple sports activities for 15 years, his journey towards wellness has exposed him to multiple teachers and methods.
After experiencing burnout from work, he now works full time to provide people a way out from stress-related harm to the body and mind. Using breathwork and cold exposure as a primary tool, as well as mobility and mindfulness to dive deeper, he hopes to provide a safe space to further explore how various protocols can improve the body, mind and spirit to live a meaningful, pain-free life filled with joy and ease.
Mayuko
Mayuko is a certified SingingBowl Practitioner as well as Yoga instructor. She is also certified MBSAT ( Mindfulness) practitioner from SMU.
As a dedicated Sound Meditation Practitioner, she guides individuals on a journey of inner peace, balance, and healing through the power of sound. Drawing on her expertise in Tibetan SingingBowls, and other vibrational instruments, she creates a
sacred space for deep relaxation and transformation.
With a focus on helping clients regulate their nervous systems, she facilitates sessions that encourages grounding, emotional release, and restoration. Her approach is rooted in compassion and an understanding of how sound frequencies interact with the body’s energy systems, promoting a holistic healing journey for wellbeing.
In each session, she aims to create an experience of calm and connection, offering clients a safe environmentto explore their inner landscapes. She holds a deep respect for the ancient wisdomof sound meditation and blends it with modern understandings of wellness, including Polyvagal Theory and the therapeutic effects of sound on the mind and body.
