Join our introductory sessions specially designed for first timers to take a safe and progressive approach to taking better care of yourself.
Choose an hour of beginner-friendly sessions for:
-Oxygen Advantage, a science-backed breathing method that uses unique exercises to improve health and athletic performance by increasing oxygen delivery, boosting circulation, calming the mind, and simulating high altitude training
-Breathwork, using cyclic hyperventilation to increase oxygen and decrease carbon dioxide levels in the body, which may lead to increased energy, reduced stress, and enhanced control over the autonomic nervous and immune systems
-Ice Baths, utilizing controlled cold exposure to activate the sympathetic nervous system and trigger hormetic stress, potentially leading to benefits such as boosted dopamine, reduced inflammation, and increased resilience to stress

Guided breathwork in a group, going multiple rounds deeper into our body with a full understanding of all expected physical outcomes while calmly observing the mind's thoughts with conscious control.
Activity: Ice Baths
Hop into a modified chest freezer and embrace the ice water.
Various body-mind preparation protocols will be shared to help you prepare for this phase before, during and after the cold exposure to make sure you are always in control.
This portion is also completely optional if you feel it's too intense, because respecting that internal message is exactly what we want to build!
