    Practice deep stretching techniques using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, enabling increased range of motion while learning to overcome physical discomfort using your breath and mindset.

     

    Use this class to observe how physical preparation affects your breathing, and how breath mastery improves your ability to ride out discomfort and stressors.

    Activity: Breath work

    Guided breathwork in a group, going multiple rounds deeper into our body with a full understanding of all expected physical outcomes while calmly observing the mind's thoughts with conscious control.

    This ends with a physical exercise to show you how you can be more powerful when you have breath and mind under control.

    Engage in a head-to-toe stretch designed to activate and warm the muscles, while giving you space to learn how to contract and release into the difficult poses. While increasing your range of motion, experience how you can override an intense physical sensation with your breath and mindset.
